Shri V. Packirisamy recommended as Director (Commercial) on Board of Power Finance Corporation

New Delhi: The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) has announced the name for the post of Director (Commercial), Power Finance Corporation Limited, a Maharatna CPSE under the Government of India. Shri V. Packirisamy has been recommended as new Director (Commercial) of PFC. He is currently serving as Executive Director Entity Appraisal and IT at Power Finance Corporation Ltd. However, the recommendation is subject to seek approval by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet.

Currently, this post has been served by Shri Manoj Sharma since August 2022 who is also a Chartered Accountant along with degree in Law. His tenure is expected to be completed in 2026.

6- Smt. Jasneet Guram, an Executive Director, from Power Finance Corporation Limited

7-Shri Surendra Kumar Sharma, an Executive Director (Finance), from Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited

8- Smt Ragini Advani Director (Finance), from Ircon International Limited

9- Shri Pravin Dongre, an Executive Director (SDNZ&HSE), from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd
