New Delhi: “Power System Operation Corporation Limited (POSOCO Ltd.), a Government of India Enterprise, successfully concluded its 11th Annual General Meeting on 29/09/2020 through Video Conferencing Mode with the participation of all Members, Directors, Secretarial and Statutory Auditors and Company Secretary.

Shri KVS Baba, CMD gave a speech highlighting the achievements and future prospects of the Company. Keeping in view the directives of CERC, in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 379.94 lakh paid earlier, Final Dividend of Rs. 94,98,400/- was approved to be paid as Final Dividend to Ministry of Power, Govt. of India.”
