Railways will run 100 new trains from next month

New Delhi: From next month, Railways is preparing to run 100 new trains. Most of the trains will be of non-air-conditioned category, which will reduce the fare. Let us know that during the festive season of October-November, the demand for trains increases considerably.

Railways plan to increase the number of trains from next month. Railways have made this preparation because the number of passengers increases considerably between October and November. Keeping in mind this increase in the number of passengers, about 100 new trains are being planned in the next two months. Most of the trains in these trains will be of non-air-conditioned category. Through these trains, the common man will get a lot of help during the festive season.

Of the 100 new trains that the Railways are running, most of them have been kept non-air conditioned so that their fare is low. Explain that currently 40 clone trains are being run by the Railways and most of the trains are air-conditioned. Due to this the fare of these trains is slightly higher. In such a situation, the common man is finding it expensive to travel. Non-air-conditioned trains are being run only to provide relief to the common man from the fare.

There are many festivals in the months of October and November. There are big festivals like Durga Puja, Dussehra, Diwali and Chhath in these months. In such a situation, people who have gone away from their homes go to their home to celebrate the festival with the family. Due to this, the number of passengers increases in these two months. This increase in demand cannot be met through existing trains.

However, social distancing will also be followed in the train's general coach. All these trains will be reserved coaches. After taking information of the potential demand from each zone, these trains are being run and the number of trains can be increased if needed.
