Retirement planning workshop organized by CMDC

New Delhi: RCF being a Learning organization, extends training to their employees till they superannuate. One such training is a 2 days Retirement Planning Workshop organized by CMDC for Employees Superannuating between February to May 2020. As Superannuation of an employee brings about change in daily routine & mindset of the spouse as well. In order to be a part of this transition from one phase of life, spouse of superannuating employees were also invited to attend this workshop.

 

The 2 days included sessions on various topics like ‘Sankraman” by Shri Arun Naik from Institute of Psychological Health, “Financial Planning” by Shri D D Mane, DGM (Finance) IA, ‘Only for Bliss’, by Dr. Annona Guha, Medical Reimbursement Policy by Shri G N Bokde, DGM (Medical), ‘Health Management” by Dr. Srinivas Thakur.

 

The most awaited moment was a visit to Trombay Plant specially arranged for employees spouse- a visit to STP Plant & Urea Plant. It was a mesmerizing experience for all the participants. RCF extends Best Wishes to all the Superannuating Employees (Feb to May 2020) and their Family Members.
