
Arunachal Pradesh: The state government of Arunachal Pradesh, India, is set to sign a Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) with four Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) for the 13 such hydro projects..
These include SJVN, THDC, North East Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO), and National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC). The agreements wil lead to a boost the state's economy and provide employment opportunities for young people.

As per reports, the state government has expressed its intent to secure a 25-26% equity share in a portion of these projects and has approached the respective PSUs to discuss the same. It is expected that, the MoUs to be signed in the presence of Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah
