Bharat Electronics pays Rs.299.03 Crore Final Dividend to Govt
The Company has thus paid a total dividend of 220% on its paid-up capital for the year 2023-24.
Mr Manoj Jain, Chairman & Managing Director, Bharat Electronics Limited, presented the 80% final dividend cheque of Rs.299,03,37,547.20/- (Rupees Two Hundred Ninety Nine Crore Three Lakh Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Seven Point Two Zero Only), payable on the shares held by the President of India, to the Honorable Defence Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh, at New Delhi on October 29, 2024.

The Company had paid the First Interim Dividend of 70% (on face value of Rs.1 per equity share) in February 2024 and the Second Interim Dividend of 70% (on face value of Rs.1 per equity share) in March 2024. The Company has thus paid a total dividend of 220% on its paid-up capital for the year 2023-24.
