Mazagon Dock has entered into a contract with Navi Merchants to design, construct, and deliver a total of 6 vessels, with a provision for 4 additional ones. They will be capable of transporting a variety of cargoes, including dry bulk, project cargo, containers, steel products, general cargo, forest products, and hazardous cargo. The first vessel is expected to be delivered in April 2026.

Earlier, the company also won a massive order worth Rs 1486.40 crore from ONGC. The contract is for a pipeline replacement project to be executed on an engineering, procurement, and construction reimbursable basis.
