MRPL announces change in Senior Management Board
The announcement has been made for a three-month tenure.
State-owned MRPL, Mangalore Refinery Petroleum Limited has announced to assigned the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance) to Mundkur Shyamprasad Kamath for three months duration.
According to the regulatory filing made, Shri. Mundkur Shyamprasad Kamath (DIN: 10092758), Managing Director, has been assigned the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance) for a period of three months w.e.f. 02/07/2024, or till the appointment of the regular incumbent to the post, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
