NTPC bags title of 'Best Organisations for Women for 2024'

New Delhi: NTPC Limited has been shortlisted by “ET Edge – A Times Group Initiative” as one of the “Best Organisations for Women for 2024”. The honour was bestowed on NTPC at the 4th edition of “Best Organisations for Women Conclave 2024” held at Mumbai on 21st March, 2024.

The Conclave was an occasion to spotlight and commend companies that have taken significant strides, in establishing a new standard for diversity and inclusion in corporate India. The conclave aims to recognize organizations that not only champion the best workplace culture for women but also empower female employees, fostering a commitment to gender equality in the workplace.

These companies stand out for providing an environment conducive to growth, offering equal training and development opportunities for women, thereby enhancing their representation across leadership roles.

The award was received by Shri Chandramauli S Jangbahadur, GM(HR), COE-HR, and Ms. Vandana Chaturvedi, AGM (HR), WR-1-HQ.
