NTPC Group reaches remarkable Milestone of 300 Billion Units of Power Generation
Power Stock PSU, NTPC Group achieved its fastest-ever milestone of generating 300 Billion Units (BU) of electricity in just 252 days, surpassing last year’s record by 10 days, as of 8 December 2024. In FY 2023-24, this achievement was reached on December 18, 2023.
This accomplishment highlights NTPC’s dedication to ensuring reliable and affordable power for the nation. With a robust installed capacity of 76.5 GW and an additional 29.5 GW under construction—including 9.6 GW of renewable energy, NTPC is on track to achieve the target of 60 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2032.
