SAIL Chairman held 5 Large Group Interactive Events in a single day interacts with 200 employees

New Delhi: Shri Anil Kumar Chaudhary, Chairman, SAIL, connected with more than 2000 SAIL employees through a series of Large Group Interactive Exercises conducted online for the Company’s 5 integrated steel plants, during a single day.
 
In a strategic effort to enhance employee engagement and involvement in surmounting the present challenges, seizing the opportunities, and charting out the future roadmap, these sessions were organized with a  section of the employees of SAIL's plants at Bhilai, Rourkela, Burnpur, Durgapur, and Bokaro on a single day. 
 
During the interactions, Chairman, SAIL emphasized making relentless efforts to increase the market capitalization of SAIL. He urged the collective to make concerted efforts towards improving the present performance as well as future prospects and image of the Company so that it enhances the Company's share price and thereby its overall market capitalization substantially. 
 
He has been continually undertaking such online initiatives to maintain the interaction with the employees at a time when physical interaction is limited. The discussions during these sessions are focused on creating an integrated approach to enhance the productivity and performance of the Company and maintain the zeal of achieving further milestones.
