New Delhi: ACME Solar Holdings Limited has announced a key management change with the resignation of Rahula Kumar Kashyapa, the company’s Chief Commercial Officer – Renewable Business.
The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing on Wednesday, stating that Kashyapa, who was part of the Senior Management Personnel, will be relieved from his duties after the close of business hours on January 20, 2026.
According to ACME Solar, the resignation comes as Kashyapa has decided to explore opportunities outside the organisation. The company acknowledged his contribution, noting that he played a significant role in advancing ACME’s strategic priorities and strengthening operations in the renewable energy segment.
