New Delhi: JSW Energy Limited has informed that CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed the “CARE AA” (Stable) rating for the long-term bank facilities of Clean Solar Power (Bhainsada) Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of the company.
The rating action, released by CARE on 8 December 2025, reflects the subsidiary’s strong credit profile and operational stability.
JSW Energy has published the disclosure in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
