PFC Transfers KPS III HVDC Transmission Subsidiary to Adani Energy Solutions for ₹20.32 Crore
PFC has completed the transfer of its KPS III HVDC Transmission subsidiary to Adani Energy Solutions for ₹20.32 crore, following competitive bidding.

New Delhi: Adani Energy Solutions Limited, the winning bidder chosen on December 11, 2025, has acquired Power Finance Corporation Limited's (PFC) wholly owned subsidiary, KPS III HVDC Transmission
Limited. In order to develop the "Transmission System for Evacuation of Power from potential renewable energy zone in the Khavda area of Gujarat under Phase-V (8 GW): Part C," a special purpose vehicle was established. According to PFC,
the sale and transfer procedure was finished on December 12, 2025. The consideration received for the transaction is ₹20,32,54,965, as stated in the Share Purchase Agreement. In the prior fiscal year, the subsidiary's turnover and net worth were negligible.
