ACC Extends CMD Additional Charge at Shipping Corporation of India Land & Assets Limited (SCILAL) for One Year
Mumbai, February 2, 2026: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the extension of the additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets Limited (SCILAL), currently held by Capt. B. K. Tyagi, CMD of Shipping Corporation of India (SCI).
The extension has been granted for a further period of one year effective January 1, 2026, or until the appointment of a regular incumbent, or until further orders, whichever occurs first.
The decision was communicated by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways through an official order (No. 01/03/2024-EO(ACC) dated January 30, 2026).
The event was officially recorded on February 2, 2026, at 17:32 IST, and the company has informed the BSE and NSE under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
