New Delhi: Shri Shantanu Roy, CMD of BEML Ltd, met with the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, to discuss BEML’s expanding role in strengthening the state’s mining and construction landscape through advanced, energy-efficient, and environmentally responsible equipment.
During the interaction, Shri Roy also showcased one of BEML’s landmark innovations—India’s first indigenously designed and developed electric rope shovel, BRS-21—a breakthrough engineered to accelerate green mining and enhance the nation’s capabilities in critical heavy-equipment technology.
