BEML Executive Director (Accounts) Sasi Kumar K Retires on Superannuation
Bengaluru, June 2, 2026: State-owned engineering and manufacturing major BEML Ltd. has announced the cessation of Sasi Kumar K, Executive Director (Accounts), following his superannuation from the company.
In a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges, BEML informed that Sasi Kumar K ceased to hold the office of Executive Director (Accounts) with effect from the closing hours of May 31, 2026, upon attaining the age of retirement.
The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which mandates listed companies to inform investors of key changes in senior management and board-level positions.
As Executive Director (Accounts), Sasi Kumar K played a significant role in overseeing BEML’s financial management, accounting operations, regulatory compliance and fiscal governance during a period marked by the company’s diversification into defence, rail and mining equipment segments.
BEML, a leading public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, is engaged in the manufacture of defence equipment, rail and metro coaches, mining machinery and construction equipment. The company continues to focus on expanding its footprint in strategic sectors while strengthening operational efficiency and financial performance.
