BPCL bids farewell to P. V. Ravitej, ED Incharge (Bina Petchem & Refinery Expansion Project)

New Delhi, May 31, 2025: BPCL today bid farewell to Shri P. V. Ravitej, Executive Director Incharge (Bina Petchem & Refinery Expansion Project), as he superannuates after an illustrious 38-year-long career with BPCL. 

Shri Ravitej played a pivotal role in several key projects, including the Mumbai Refinery expansion, transforming it into a fuels-cum-lubes refinery despite significant spatial and regulatory challenges. 

He also successfully oversaw the Bina Refinery expansion and petrochemical project. 

Beyond his professional achievements, Shri Ravitej is a sports enthusiast who has represented BPCL in various tournaments hosted by the Petroleum Sports Promotion Board. His ability to staying active while managing high-pressure roles is a great example for the younger generation on how to lead a balanced and healthy life.

His calm leadership, team-building skills, and ability to turn challenges into opportunities have earned him great respect.
