CMD CMPDI Holds Introductory Meeting with JCC & Welfare Board in Ranchi

Shri Chaudhari Shivraj Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDI), chaired his first introductory meeting with the Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) and Welfare Board at CMPDI Headquarters in Ranchi on Monday.

The meeting was held shortly after Shri Singh assumed charge as CMD on January 2, 2026, and focused on key matters related to employee welfare, workplace development, and overall organisational functioning.

Senior leadership including Shri Shankar Nagachari, Director (Technical/CRD); Shri Ajay Kumar, Director (Technical/P&D); Shri Nripendra Nath, Director (Technical/RD&T); along with General Managers, Heads of Departments, and representatives of the JCC and Welfare Board were present during the discussions.

The meeting reflected the new CMD’s emphasis on collaborative engagement and strengthening internal communication to enhance productivity and employee well-being across the organisation.
