Dilution in NTPC Stake

NEW DELHI . Government of India has divested 9.5% stake of NTPC Limited through Offer for Sale (OFS) mechanism.

After the completion of OFS on 11.02.2013, Government’s equity holding in NTPC has now come down from 84.50% to 75.00%. This information was given by MoS (I/C) Power Sh. Jyotiraditya M. Scindia in a written reply in the Rajya Sabha today.
