The Educational Consultants India Limited (EdCIL) is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to fill key General Manager positions at Level E5. EdCIL is currently recruiting for three distinct General Manager roles:
- General Manager (Level E5)
- General Manager (Projects - IT Enabled Services project Implementation)
- General Manager (Projects - IT enabled Business Development)
These positions offer a competitive IDA pay scale of Rs. 80,000 - 220,000, with total annual emoluments approximating Rs. 27 lakhs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
EdCIL is looking for individuals with a strong blend of experience and expertise. Applicants must be below 44 years of age and possess a minimum of 16 years of post-qualification work experience in areas such as planning, client advisory, corporate strategy, sector plan preparation, policy input, and project execution within the development sector, specifically in education and related fields.
A crucial requirement for these roles is experience in implementing national-level schemes and projects in education, IT/ICT, and related domains. Furthermore, candidates should have at least two years of experience working on national mission mode projects in education, IT, ICT, applying digital technology solutions at the national level, and Science & Technology, STEM-related areas.
