New Delhi: Energy major Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited has successfully concluded Module 1 of its flagship Core Course on Petrochemicals at HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL), marking a significant step in developing future-ready leaders for India’s growing petrochemicals sector.

The four-day programme, held from 12–15 May, was conducted in collaboration with Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, bringing together professionals for an intensive learning journey focused on strengthening domain expertise and leadership capabilities.

 

Leadership Highlights Strategic Importance of Capability Building

The programme was inaugurated by Vikhar Kamlakar, CEO of HRRL, along with Saugata Chaudhuri, Head – Petrochemicals.

During the inauguration, leaders highlighted the growing strategic importance of skill development in supporting HPCL’s expansion into petrochemicals and strengthening long-term business excellence.
