New Delhi: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has informed the stock exchanges about a change in its senior management team.
Shri Subodh Batra, who was serving as Executive Director (In-charge) – Supplies, Operations & Distribution, has superannuated from the company with effect from 1 September 2026.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
