Indian Oil Corporation Ltd Change In Senior Management Personnel
New Delhi: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IndianOil) has announced a change in its senior management after two Executive Directors superannuated from the company's services on August 31, 2026.
The executives are Shri Rajesh Nambiar, Executive Director (Quality Control), Marketing Head Office, and Shri Rajeev Mohan, Executive Director (CA & Law), Corporate Office.
IndianOil disclosed the development to the stock exchanges on September 1, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Both executives were part of IndianOil's Senior Management Personnel, one level below the Board of Directors.
