IRCON Appoints Foreign Branch Auditors for FY26 in Four Countries
New Delhi: IRCON International Limited has announced the appointment of statutory foreign branch auditors for the financial year 2025–26, following approval from the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
The appointments were made under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, in line with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The CAG approved the appointments through its letter dated January 13, 2026.
Appointed Auditors and Locations
Bangladesh: M/s K M Alam & Co.
Sri Lanka: M/s Jayasinghe & Co.
Algeria: Mr. Kerbal Athmane
Myanmar: M/s MyAsia Consulting Co. Ltd.
The appointments, effective from January 13, 2026 at 12:40 PM, are valid for a maximum period of three years as per CAG policy and are subject to applicable local regulations.
IRCON stated that the auditors bring extensive professional experience across statutory audits, financial management, infrastructure projects and multinational consulting, which will help ensure strong financial governance for its overseas operations.
