Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Statutory Auditor Firm Converted to LLP, No Change in Engagement
Larsen & Toubro confirms M S K A & Associates has become an LLP effective January 13, 2026. The firm will continue as L&T’s statutory auditors for the remaining tenure.
Mumbai :January 15, 2026: Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) announced that its statutory auditor, M S K A & Associates, has been converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, effective January 13, 2026. The firm is now known as M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, with ICAI Firm Registration No. 105047W/W101187.
L&T confirmed that this change is purely in the constitution of the auditor firm and does not affect the existing audit engagement. M S K A & Associates LLP will continue as the company’s statutory auditors for the remaining tenure of appointment.
The company has informed both the BSE (Stock Code: 500510) and the NSE (Stock Code: LT) about the change.
