MOIL revised the date for declaring interim dividend for FY25

In accordance with Regulation 42 of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the record date for determining the Members of the Company eligible for the payment of the interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 has been set.

The Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, 11th February 2025, to consider and declare the interim dividend. Pending this declaration, the record date has been revised as follows:

Revised Record Date: 15th February 2025 (Saturday) for the payment of the Interim Dividend for FY 2024-25.

Please note that the record date is subject to the approval of the interim dividend during the Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 11th February 2025.
