New Delhi: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has launched the “Second 100 Days Campaign – Saksham Niveshak” aimed at helping shareholders claim unpaid or unclaimed dividends and update their KYC details.

In a regulatory filing dated May 27, 2026, the company informed stock exchanges that the campaign is being conducted in line with directives issued by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA) on March 27, 2026.

The campaign is running from April 1, 2026, to July 9, 2026.

Initiative to Prevent Transfer of Dividends to IEPF

According to Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited, the initiative has been launched to create awareness among shareholders regarding pending dividend claims and mandatory KYC updation requirements.

The company has encouraged investors to:

  • Update their KYC details

  • Claim unpaid or unclaimed dividends before transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF)

MRPL stated that detailed instructions and procedures for shareholders have been made available on the company’s official website.

 

Shareholders Encouraged to Use SWAYAM Portal

The company has also advised shareholders to register and track their service requests through the SWAYAM portal for faster resolution and monitoring of investor-related requests.

For assistance related to the campaign, shareholders may contact MRPL through its investor relations email or reach out to the company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA).
