Mumbai, August 31, 2026: Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) held its 93rd Annual General Meeting on 27 August 2026. Shareholders approved the final dividend of ₹4.62 per equity share of face value ₹5 each for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.

  • Ex-Date: 20 August 2026

  • Total Dividend for FY 2025-26: ₹18.12 per share (including interim dividends of ₹6.00 and ₹7.50 already paid)
