Hero MotoCorp Appoints Suresh Kumar P as Chief Digital Officer
Mumbai: Hero MotoCorp Limited has strengthened its digital leadership with the appointment of Mr. Suresh Kumar P as Chief Digital & Information Officer. The appointment is effective from Monday, 31 August 2026.
With this move, Mr. Kumar joins the company’s Leadership Team and has been designated as Senior Management under the SEBI Listing Regulations.
Background of the new CDIO
Mr. Suresh Kumar P brings nearly two decades of cross-industry experience spanning Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals and Information Technology. Throughout his career he has focused on leveraging technology to enable business growth, drive transformation and deliver organisational excellence.
He has held senior leadership roles at three well-known organisations — Reckitt, Pernod Ricard and Asian Paints — where he successfully spearheaded technology-led transformation programmes that created measurable business impact.
Education
He completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (formerly National Institute of Industrial Engineering). He also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University.
