Federal Bank Allots 1.44 Lakh Shares Under Employee Stock Option Schemes

Mumbai:The Federal Bank Limited has allotted equity shares to employees following the exercise of stock options under its employee stock option schemes.

As approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee, the following allotments were made on 30 August 2026 after the allottees paid the required money:

• 17,264 equity shares of face value ₹2 each under the ESOS 2010 Scheme

• 1,23,653 equity shares of face value ₹2 each under the ESOS 2017 Scheme

• 2,970 equity shares of face value ₹2 each under the ESIS 2023 Scheme

The total number of shares allotted stands at 1,43,887.

The Bank has informed the stock exchanges about the allotments for their information and records.
