Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited will hold its 88th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 22 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC), Srinagar.

Shareholders will consider the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026, along with the reports of the Board of Directors, Auditors and the Comptroller & Auditor General of India. They will also authorise the Board to fix the remuneration of the statutory auditors for FY 2026-27.

The special business seeks shareholder approval to raise equity capital of up to ₹1,000 crore through issue of equity shares or other permitted securities via private placement, Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) or any other mode permitted by the RBI. The issue will maintain the Government of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir’s shareholding at a minimum of 51%.

The Bank has fixed 15 September 2026 as the cut-off date for determining voting eligibility. Remote e-voting will be available from 9:00 AM on 19 September to 5:00 PM on 21 September 2026. CS Ghulam Jeelani Reshi has been appointed as the Scrutiniser.

No dividend has been recommended for the financial year 2025-26.

Electronic copies have been sent to shareholders with registered email addresses. Those without registered emails have received a letter containing the web-link and QR code.
