Rajnath Singh, Yogi Launch 14 Projects Worth ₹100 Cr in Lucknow Cantonment
New Delhi: Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath jointly performed the Bhoomi Pujan for 14 development projects worth over ₹100 crore at Lucknow Cantonment.
The projects cover key areas of public infrastructure and civic amenities, including water supply, education, healthcare, sports facilities, sanitation, parking and other civic facilities.
During the programme, the Raksha Mantri also listened to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ along with around 4,000 people present at the venue.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Rajnath Singh said: “Viksit Bharat means quality education for children, clean water for every household, opportunities for youth and an inclusive society.”
The initiative aims to improve living standards and basic amenities for residents of the Lucknow Cantonment area.
