NALCO Inaugurates Advanced Capacity Building Centre at Anugola
National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has inaugurated a state-of-the-art capacity building centre at its Learning & Development centre in the S&P Complex, Anugola, Odisha.
The new facility, which includes dedicated Electronics and Mechanical Labs along with a Safety Gallery, was inaugurated by Dr T.K. Pattanayak, Director (HR), during his visit to the complex.
Senior officials present on the occasion included Shri Asutosh Rath, ED (HR), Shri A.K. Mishra, ED (M&R), and other senior officers of the S&P Complex.
The centre has been set up to strengthen hands-on technical upskilling, promote continuous learning and reinforce a strong safety culture among employees.
