MRPL Schedules Earnings Call for Q3 FY26 on January 19

Mangaluru, January 13, 2026:  Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has informed the stock exchanges that it will hold an earnings conference call on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. IST to discuss its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.

The company stated that the earnings call is being organized in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. MRPL also clarified that no unpublished price sensitive information will be shared during the interaction.

The earnings call will feature Mr. Devendra Kumar, Director Finance and Chief Financial Officer of MRPL. The session will be hosted by Mr. Swarnendu Bhushan, Co-Head of Research at PL Capital Institutional Research.

The conference is open to investors and analysts and will be conducted through a virtual platform.
