NALCO Launches Centralised Intranet Portal to Strengthen Digital Workplace

New Delhi January 2026:  National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has inaugurated a new centralised Intranet Portal, marking a major step in strengthening the company’s internal digital ecosystem and employee engagement framework.

The portal was formally launched by Shri B. P. Singh, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, in the presence of the Board of Directors, Chief Vigilance Officer and senior officials at the company’s Corporate Office.

Designed as a one-stop digital platform for employees, the upgraded portal enables seamless access to information, services, corporate updates and collaboration tools. A key feature of the new system is its automatic routing to unit-specific pages, offering a personalised user experience while ensuring faster and more efficient access to operational information.

Company officials said the initiative will significantly enhance workplace efficiency, internal communication and cross-functional collaboration, helping build a more connected and responsive organisation.

The launch aligns with NALCO’s broader digital transformation roadmap aimed at improving governance, productivity and employee experience across all units of the public sector aluminium major.
