NBCC concludes E-auction of residential units at Aspire Dream Valley Ph-III, Greater Noida
NBCC India Limited, a state-run civil construction firm, sold 1,185 residential units in Aspire Dream Valley, Phase-III, Greater Noida via e-auction for Rs 1,504.69 crore, earning a 1% marketing fee. Shares rose 4.8% to Rs 87.10.
State-run civil construction firm, NBCC India Limited on Wednesday has announced that it has successfully concluded selling off 1,185 residential units at Aspire Dream Valley, Phase-III, Greater Noida through an e-auction, securing a total sale value of approximately Rs 1,504.69 crore.
With this transaction, NBCC will be getting a marketing fee of 1% on the sale value. The company stated that the sale was conducted in the ordinary course of its business.
Shares of NBCC are trading higher by 4.8 pc at Rs 87.10.
