New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has successfully concluded an e-auction of 175 residential units in Iconic Tower No. 13 at Aspire Leisure Valley, Package-1, Sub-Package-8, Greater Noida (West), Uttar Pradesh. The total sale value of the transaction is approximately Rs 485.41 crore.
As per the agreement, NBCC will earn a marketing fee of 1% of the sale value. The e-auction was conducted as part of NBCC’s normal business operations and demonstrates the company’s strong presence in the real estate sector.
