NHPC-Led JV invites online tender for development of Power Evacuation Infrastructure

Bundelkhand Saur Urja Limited (BSUL) (a Joint venture between NHPC and UPNEDA), Lucknow, India, has invited online electronic bids through Domestic Competitive Bidding (DCB) in single stage Two Part Bidding basis (i.e. Part–I: QR + Technical Bid and Part-II: Financial Bid).

The tender has been invited from eligible bidders for the Development of Power Evacuation Infrastructure for 1200MW Jalaun Solar Park including 400kV / 33kV PSS-1, 400kV / 33kV PSS-2 (Part A and Part B), Internal and External 400kV Power Evacuation Transmission lines with all EHV Equipment, HV equipment for solar power pooling, Park Control and Monitoring system and all Electrical, Mechanical, Civil & Structural items along with 3 years of Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance of the system.

The EMD (Bid Security) is Rs 06 Crore 10 Lakh. While, the Estimated cost of the project is Rs 614.21 Crore. The Required validity of Bid is 180 days from the last date of online submission of bids.

The Last date to download the bid is 16-02-2026 and the last date to submit the queries is 23-01-2026.
