NLC India Promotes Five Senior Leaders as Executive Directors Under SEBI Regulation 30 Update
New Delhi: NLC India Limited, a Navratna Government of India enterprise, has announced significant changes in its senior management structure with the promotion of five key leaders to the position of Executive Director. The development has been officially disclosed to NSE and BSE in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The promotions, effective 06 December 2025, are subject to vigilance clearance and form part of NLC India’s strategy to strengthen leadership across its mining, thermal, and renewable energy business verticals.
Promoted Leaders and Their Profiles
1. Shri Ramachandra R Parashar – Executive Director
A seasoned IT and systems management professional with over 35 years of experience, he has led major SAP transformations at IBM and served as Director (Technical) at UIDAI. His background spans mission-critical applications, data management, and e-governance solutions. He previously served as GM & CIO at BEML.
2. Shri Durai Kumar S – Executive Director
With 33 years of experience in project management across refineries, mining, and thermal power sectors, he has worked with TCE and L&T before joining NLCIL. He currently serves as CEO of Neyveli Uttar Pradesh Power Limited (NUPPL), a joint venture of NLC India and UPRVUNL.
3. Shri Devendra Pratap Singh – Executive Director
An expert in renewable and thermal projects, he has 29 years of experience in engineering, business development, and power plant construction. He also serves as CEO of NLC India Renewables Limited and has previously worked with NTPC, Coal India, and Reliance Power.
4. Shri Anandaramanujam K – Executive Director
A mechanical engineer with 36 years in NLCIL, he has led major power plant units including TPS-I Expansion. His specialization includes boiler-turbine commissioning, ash handling systems, plant operations, and logistics management.
5. Shri Vanchinathan T – Executive Director
With over 36 years in NLCIL, he has contributed significantly to the commissioning of multiple thermal units and enhanced performance at BTPS, elevating it to the top lignite-fired plant among central sector units. He holds degrees in science and computer applications.
