NTPC Announces Senior Management Change – Executive Director R. Sarangapani Takes Pre-Mature Retirement
NTPC Limited has informed BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited about the cessation of Executive Director R. Sarangapani following acceptance of his pre-mature retirement effective 19 May 2026 under Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulation 30.
New Delhi: Shri B. Venkanna, CVO of Singareni Collieries Company Limited, called on our CVO Shri Brajesh Kumar Tripathy at our Corporate Headquarters in Kolkata.
During the meeting, both sides held discussions on various initiatives undertaken to strengthen preventive vigilance and foster a culture of accountability and transparency. On the occasion, our CVO deliberated on several systemic measures aimed at enhancing transparency, accountability, operational efficiency, and governance mechanisms in the coal sector.
The interaction also served as a valuable platform for the exchange of ideas and sharing of best practices to promote ethical governance and further strengthen vigilance frameworks across organisations.
