PowerGrid declared Interim Dividend at its board meeting
The Interim Dividend shall be paid to the Members on 11th January, 2022.
New Delhi: Powergrid Corporation Limited today in its Board meeting held today on December 15, 2021, in terms of Regulation 30 and 43 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, have approved the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 7.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/-each (including Special Dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share) i.e. @70% of the paid up equity share capital for the Financial Year 2021-22.
The Interim Dividend shall be paid to the Members on 11th January, 2022. The Board Meeting commenced at 7:00 p.m. and concluded at 7:15 p.m.
