RailTel Secures Major Digital Healthcare Project in Assam

New Delhi: RailTel Corporation of India Ltd has received a major project order from Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS) for the procurement, implementation and long-term maintenance of a Hospital Management Information System (HMIS).

The contract was awarded through a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and is scheduled for execution up to January 31, 2032. The project is entirely domestic in nature and focuses on strengthening digital healthcare infrastructure in the state of Assam.

The order size, as per the Letter of Acceptance, is ₹56.71 crore. The company confirmed that the work order was received on January 1, 2026 at 12:50 PM in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and the SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023.

The contract does not involve any promoter group interest and does not fall under related party transactions.

This development further strengthens RailTel’s growing presence in large-scale digital transformation projects, particularly in the public healthcare sector.
