Anantapur II REZ Transmission Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of PFC Consulting Limited (wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Limited), has been transferred to Resonia Limited (Formerly known as Sterlite Grid 32 Limited), the successful bidder on 31st March 2025.
Anantapur II REZ Transmission Limited was established for the development of "Transmission System for Integration of Anantapur-II REZ - Phase-I (for 4.5 GW), the company stated through exchange filing.
The process for sale and transfer of the said SPV to the successful bidder is completed on 31st March 2025. The cost of acquisition is around Rs 19.23 crore.
