RVNL secures huge order from South Central Railway worth Rs 144.44 crore

Railway PSU, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), has received LOA (Letter of Award) from South Central Railway for the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning for OHE upgrade of existing 1X25kV system to 2X25kV at feeding system with feeder and earthing works in Ramgundam (RDM)-Kazipet (KZJ) section of Secunderabad Division under South Central Railway.
The time period by which the order will be completed is 18 months, and the cost of the project is Rs 144.44 crore.
RVNL Q2 FY26: The revenue from operations for the second quarter is at Rs 5,122.98 crore, and the total income for the second quarter is Rs 5,336.3 crore. The net profit for the quarter falls to Rs 230.52 crore as against Rs 286.90 crore for FY25.
Shares of RVNL are trading down by 0.41% at Rs 316.45 at BSE.
