RVNL secures LOA from Southern Railway for worth Rs 90.64 crore
Rail Vikas Nigam Limited RVNL has received a 90.64 crore order from Southern Railway to install Video Surveillance Systems at 484 stations. The project will be executed in 18 months.
State-owned Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has announced that it has received LOA from Southern Railway for the Provision of Video Surveillance System (VSS) at 441 D & E Category Stations along with Augmentation at 43 Stations (Categories A1, A, B, and C) over Southern Railway.
The cost of the Project is Rs 90.64 crore and the time period by which the order is to be executed is 18-months.
Recently, the Railway PSU has received a significant contract of supply and installation from IRCON International Ltd.
Shares of RVNL were closed at Rs 324.75, down by 0.48% at BSE.
