STC India Appoints Four Senior Management Executives in 69th AGM

New Delhi | January 15, 2026 – The State Trading Corporation of India Limited (STC India) announced four key appointments during its 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held via video conference on Thursday.

The appointments include:

  • Shri Nitin Kumar Yadav (IAS) as Director (Chairman & Managing Director)

  • Smt. Anoopa Sankarankutty Nair (IES) as Director

  • Shri A K M Kashyap as Director

  • Mis Kumar Naresh Sinha & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30)

The AGM, chaired by Shri Nitin Kumar Yadav, was attended by 47 shareholders, including the Government of India’s representative, along with Shri A K M Kashyap and Shri B. S. Rao, Chief Financial Officer.

Other Key Updates

  • Approval of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements for FY 2024-25, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, Board Report, Auditor Report, and Comptroller & Auditor General observations.

  • Authorization for the Board to fix the remuneration of the Statutory Auditor appointed by the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for FY 2025-26.

The company provided remote e-voting from January 12–14, 2026, with on-site voting for members who could not vote remotely. Shareholders who registered as speakers raised queries, which were addressed during the meeting.

The combined results of remote and on-site voting will be announced on the company’s website and the stock exchanges. The AGM concluded at 4:00 PM with the Chairman thanking the members, Board, and Government representative.
