SCOPE concludes Advanced Global Leadership Program (AGLP 2.0)

New Delhi: SCOPE's flagship Advanced Global Leadership Program (AGLP 2.0) culminated with a concluding session recently. Shri Atul Sobti, DG, SCOPE; Shri Anil Kumar Jadli, Director (HR), NTPC Limited; Smt. Sangeeta Ramrakhyani, Director (HR), Central Warehousing Corporation; Shri Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), NHPC Limited and Program Directors - Prof. Prashant Mishra & Prof. Biswatosh Saha from IIM Calcutta addressed the participants during the session. Certificates were awarded to all participants in recognition of their successful completion, during the session.
 

This session marked the culmination of an extensive and enriching global learning journey designed to empower senior executives of Public Sector Enterprises with contemporary leadership capabilities, global exposure, and strategic perspectives. AGLP 2.0 comprised a five-day learning module at IIM Calcutta, a two-day leadership workshop at SCOPE, and a two-week international study-cum-business tour covering New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore. The international component provided participants with insights into best practices and innovative technologies through visits to leading global institutions.
 

At the concluding Session, participants reflected on their key learnings and experiences, highlighting the program's profound impact on their leadership perspective. Discussions emphasized the necessity of global benchmarking and innovation-driven thinking for the public sector.
