CONCOR shares in focus as Board approves 1:4 Bonus Issue, July 4 to be record date

Shares of state-owned Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) will be in focus as the company has announced that it has got shareholders approval for issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:4 i.e. 1 (One) new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each for every 4 (four) existing fully paid-up Equity Share of the Company.

According to the exchange filing, it is hereby informed that the Company has fixed Friday, July 04, 2025, as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of Bonus Shares, which is subject to approval of shareholders.

Further, in accordance with SEBI circular dated September 16, 2024, the deemed date of allotment of Bonus Shares will be Monday, July 07, 2025, and these Bonus Shares will be made available for trading on the next working day of allotment i.e. Tuesday, July 08, 2025, the exchange filing added.

The stock opened today at Rs 747.50 and was trading down by 2.63% at Rs 726.10 at the time of closing bells. The stock falls below -7.9% in last six months and the 52-week high is at Rs 1,140.0 and 52-week low is at Rs 601.25 at BSE. The dividend yield is at 1.58%.

Stock Price Target: As per the analysts the stock has good potential target of around Rs 820-Rs 880 depending on the macroeconomic uncertainties which could impact the stock price.
