CONCOR shares in focus as Board to declare FY results and interim dividend soon

Mumbai: Shares of Government-owned Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) are in focus as the company has announced to declare the financial results and third interim dividend for 2025-26.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of CONCOR is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 29.01.2026 to inter-alia consider the approval of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and period ended on 31st December, 2025.

In the said meeting, the Board may also consider declaration of 3rd Interim Dividend for 2025-26, if any, to the shareholders.

Further, it is informed that the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company is closed for all designated persons & their immediate relatives for the period from 01st January, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended on 31st December, 2025.

Currently, the shares of CONCOR are trading down by 0.71% at Rs 509.40 at BSE.
